NIAMH - SUPERVISOR
"Hi, I’m Niamh the supervisor for the Weymouth store I started as a sales assistant and have worked my way up. I have lived in Weymouth my whole life and have loved everything about living here, from the beaches and to the different countryside walking trails you can visit.
I have loved Saltrock for as long as I can remember and was a customer way before being apart of the team. I have always loved the clothes and it’s just such fun working here, we get alot of people visiting on their holidays and hearing all their stories is the best part of when they come to our store.
But overall I love our regular dogs that come to visit us almost weekly - basically pulling their owners into the store - it always gives us a smile and makes me day."

MILLIE – SALES ADVISOR
"Hey, I’m Millie, one of the sales advisors at the Weymouth store, I’ve been here for over a year now and working for Saltrock has really built up my confidence and work ethic.
Being next to the seaside whilst working is a bonus as I’m able to stop next to the beach on my way home from work - another highlight is the awesome designs we get to rep whilst working out and about - as well as the abundance of dogs that come into our store! I enjoy working with the close team we have here and always look forward to working in the store."
JAKE - SALES ASSISTANT
“Hi, I’m Jacob, I’m a sales assistant at Weymouth. I’ve been working here since March 2025. I love working at Saltrock because of the team I have here, who are amazing great and always fun to be around.
Getting to speak with customers and helping them find what they need has always been something I’ve enjoyed. I always get excited by the new designs and getting to see them in store. There is something for everyone in every collection that drops. "
WANDA - STORE MANAGER
“Hi my name is Wanda, and I have been the Manager of Saltrock in Weymouth for the past 7 years. Managing the Saltrock store is honestly such a great experience. I love working with a team that feels more like a family, and it's so rewarding to help them grow and succeed. I'm lucky to be in a role where I get to teach new skills, solve problems, and create a fun and positive atmosphere for both customers and staff. ”
LIVING THE SALTROCK LIFESTYLE
Wanda shares more about what makes Saltrock special:
Saltrock is more than just a store for us - it's about the lifestyle. With the brand's laid-back, coastal vibe, it feels like a perfect fit. Whether it's chatting with customers or helping them find the perfect hoodie, I love seeing people leave the store happy and excited to wear our products.
EMPOWERING COMMUNITIES: SALTROCK AND THE WAVE PROJECT CHARITY PARTNERSHIP
What's also amazing is Saltrock's commitment to giving back. I’m incredibly proud to be part of a company that supports The Wave Project, a charity that provides surf therapy to young people, helping them build confidence, mental resilience, and a connection to the ocean.
The work The Wave Project does aligns perfectly with Saltrock's ethos of encouraging wellbeing through surfing. Being part of a brand that gives back to the community and supports such a meaningful cause makes my job even more fulfilling. I really enjoy knowing that we're not just selling clothes but also making a positive impact on the environment and the community.
